ZDENKO KOS is one of the very unknown writers and quite a controversial person despite that he is the author of some very intriguing books, novels and stand-alone thrillers: Highway to Hell, My way or no way, Just Do it or I'll Die, Highway to Heaven, which majority based on real events and even his romance novels still has link to the real events like this particular one "2 Steps to Heaven (Part I and Part II)".


Zdenko was always passionate about cooking where with his late wife starts back in 1993 in Waterloo station in London with their first sandwich bar which expand to chain of sandwich bars in London and finished with two most private and prestige 4 Michelin star restaurants in London - Cuore Mio, where all the tables were booked for more than 6 months ahead. Zdenko and his late wife were in love with Slovenian and Italian food, hugely inspired by their close friend Antonio Carluccio an Italian chef, restaurateur and food expert. The food books represent as well his "thank you" to the Antonio Carluccio, "the Godfather of Italian gastronomy" how he was called, to share the cooking magics with him and his late wife.



All the money from the books was or will be donated to the cancer research.
