The products you order are packaged with due care, so that they reach you not only quickly but also safely. Most orders are processed within 24 hours, but due to the variety of products offered, some require direct import from the manufacturer, which affects the shipping date. Please ask for of each product shipping times indicated in working days, which determines the estimated time from the time of the order to the time of delivery of the package for transport.
Normally will be shipped with main courier provider eg. in the United Kingdom by Royal Mail or eg. in Italy by Poste Italiane courier.
Returns are made using the return labels. The cost for this service is for the UK £8.75 and for Europe €7.90 and will be deducted from the refund amount. The return labels are not automatically generated, but are prepared by the manufacturer and their official distributors during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.).
