PROVISIONS

1. All rights in the Online Shop, including copyrights, intellectual property rights to the name, internet domain, website of the Online Shop, as well as forms and logos, belong to the Seller and their use may only take place in the manner specified and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
2. The law applicable to contracts with Customers is Belgian law. 
3. The choice of Belgian law as applicable does not deprive consumer customers of the protection provided by law of their habitual residence in the EU.
4. For matters not provided for in these regulations, the Belgium rules shall apply.
5. The resolution of any disputes that may arise between the Seller and the Customer, who is the Entrepreneur, will be submitted to the court competent for the registered address of mercator.direct.
6. Each Customer will be informed of any changes to these Terms and Conditions via information on the main page of the Online Shop together with the effective date. Users (Customers) with an account will also be informed of the changes together with the e-mail address provided by them. The effective date of changes must be no less than 14 days from the date of their announcement. In the event that a Customer with a Customer Account does not accept the new content of the Rules, he is required to inform the Seller within 14 days from the date of information about the amendment of the Rules. Notification to the Seller of the non-acceptance of the new content of the Terms and Conditions will result in the termination of the Contract.
